We stand by our products with a Perfect Fit Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you have up to 14 days for an exchange or store credit. We'll always make it right!

RETURN POLICY RULES

  • Hygiene First: Used items with missing tags, or packaging will not be accepted.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, free of scents or marks, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Ineligible Returns: Any garment returned used, without tags, or with damaged packaging will be return at your expense.
  • Final Sale: Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All disputes, including returns and refunds, must be resolved through our internal process by "starting a return or exchange" below.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Ensure the product is brand new, with tags and original packaging. Otherwise, your return will be denied.
  • Used items or those without proper packaging/tags will be sent back at your expense.
  • Once your return is approved, we'll issue a store credit via gift card or exchange.

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not place shipping labels directly on the product's packaging.
  • Use a plain outer packaging such as a poly mailer, paper envelope, or plain box.
  • Avoid reusing Priority Mail packaging unless you have a Priority Mail label.

    RETURN OR EXCHANGE ASSISTANCE

    If you encounter any issues submitting a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for manual processing. A 10% fee applies for returns processed manually. Reach out to us for assistance with completing your manual return.

    CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

    Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes before processing, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.

    RETURN GUIDELINES

    • International returns have a 10% fee and must be processed manually via contact form.
    • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You have the option to add shipping protection at checkout for peace of mind.
    • Refused packages: packages refused by the customer will not be accepted for a return or exchange. All returns will need to be submitted through our return system or by contacting us and requesting a return or exchange.
    • Return Exceptions: Amoena breast forms are non-refundable or exchangeable.
    We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet our above criteria, as stated in return policy rules and guidelines and return instructions.
