WAIST MEASUREMENT : Place the measuring tape above your belly button at the smallest part of your waist. Make sure to keep the tape snug, but not tight and ensure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
HIP MEASUREMENT: Standing with feet should width apart, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, across your butt and straight across the front of your pelvis.
