    The best for my back

    I have had surgery in the past and it has been 4 years since post op. But I depend on these Fajas for great back support. As an ER Nurse you need to have great posture and stance when working in such a demanding field. I recommend to have at least 3 great Fajas on Deck to work. This particular one is my fundamental. Im 5'8 and 190 lbs and I wear comfortably an Extra Large. If your new get a 3 row and work your way to the last. In addition, keep hydrated and take vitamins because it could assist on tolerance.
