- Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent
- Cold water rinse and hang dry
- Do not machine wash
- Do not machine dry
- Do not use bleach
- Remove stains by rubbing baking soda, an environmentally friendly compound, on the affected area(s)
- Baking soda can also be used as an alternative to detergent

I was thankful I was able to exchange the small for a medium. The pressure is nice to counter the pain that occurs with swelling in my abdomen post surgery and takes pressure off my back. The three flaps seem awkward at first but are nice to have for maximizing pressure where one needs it is he most and contour the body. I have used a single flap before and the three flaps has a plus for me.

I ordered because it was complicated for me to put on the standard binder the doctor gave me. The belt is bigger than I expected. Although according to the size chart the measure is M (79 cm waist) it seems to me that S would have been more appropriate (I like it to be tight). The top scotch reaches to the end of the surface on which it can be attached.
