The arm part should be made out of something softer. Causes red marks on my arms but other then that it is true to size and well made

I love how it fits and easy to put on. However, I don't care for the shoulder straps. I will have to order a smaller size soon and I'm hoping I can find the same torso fit without shoulder straps.
