I ordered the 3XL. I wear a size 14/16 in Old Navy jeans and it was the right amount of snug.
I like that the arms will be compressed as well. The zipper option is amazing.
I'm 5'10 and height wise it worked as well. I've tried 4 other ones and this worked out the best.
It has 2 lines of hooks instead of three but I think that would be sufficient.
